"Growing up, my dad would always take me to Lake Erie once or twice a year as a fun fishing vacation. I can honestly say that I can remember every one of the trips and who was on them! That's the experience I want you and your family to have. My promise to you is that I will work hard every time you go out with us; not only to get your limit but to make sure it is a great experience for any age. I will also promise a clean and safe environment with the best equipment and tackle to help get your limit.

  We love to get kids out fishing, even if it's their first time. My boats can cater to the younger and older generation.

 When my son Hunter is out of school, he first mates for me- and this is an added bonus if you're bringing children because he loves teaching and helping kids catch fish. They are very receptive because of his age. He has been fishing on my boat on Erie since he was 6 years old and is just as good at 19 as my other first mates that are in their forties. Make sure you mention that you are bringing kids and you want Hunter on the trip so I can make sure he goes."

Captain Joe has also been a firefighter for the past 30 years, he is highly trained when it comes to first aid and emergency medicine. Needless to say Captain Joe will always ensure that his guests are safe and comfortable on his Lake Erie Fishing Charters.

Captain Joe has his Albin Boat, also known as the Wicked Eye, where you'll experience the ultimate fishing adventure on Lake Erie! Our vessel is equipped with the latest navigational gear to ensure we take you to the hottest fishing spots. Powered by a 300HP turbo diesel engine, she's light and agile, making her perfect for navigating even the trickiest waters.

With ample space for all 6 anglers in your group, you can fish to your heart's content. The Wicked Eye features a fully enclosed wheelhouse for those chilly days, a restroom, and a cozy sleeping and eating area below deck for the kids or when they need a break from the weather. The permanent soft top over half of the back provides shelter, and the hull is designed to cut through waves for a smooth ride.
